  23. General Information

    Rental fee includes concessions staff and security. Projection, music sound systems, power point presentations are additional and must be arranged as part of rental contract.

    Outside food and drink are not permitted, except for birthday cake/cupcakes without frosting.

    The Lark provides catering services and event planning for a fee. We are happy to assist in your planning process.

    The Lark does not provide any marketing services such as marquee ads, website presence or inclusion in our e-newsletter. Any additional services are subject to additional charges and must be specifically discussed and provided in the rental contract.

    Rental fees are based on various factors including time in the building, technical requirements, and staff requirements. Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights are not usually available.
